Playford Village Hall
Playford
is very fortunate to have been able to refurbish and extend our Village
Hall. We are very proud of what is now a fantastic resource for both the
villagers and also the many groups that use this excellent facility. It
is situated in the middle of the village, with the playing field and children's
play area alongside. There is ample car parking with a disabled entrance
and ramp. The Hall has all the necessary facilities including toilets
and a fully equipped kitchen (microwave, fridge-freezer, oven, crockery
and cutlery). Additional crockery and cutlery can be hired out at a small
charge for weddings and parties.
The large main hall can comfortably accommodate large parties, functions and wedding receptions. In addition the Committee room and Annex, with doors opening out on the playing field, can be used for smaller functions.
Playford Village Hall hosts many functions and clubs including the WI meetings, Parish Council meetings, art classes, yoga, bridge and whist drives, the parent and toddler club, a luncheon club every six weeks, chiropody sessions, as well as parties and wedding receptions.
